Conservative Talk Radio Original Story Conservative talk radio has a new challenger to the throne. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to appear on The Shad Olson Show, a South Dakota-based conservative talk radio program distributed on both terra-firma radio stations and on the internet via Shad’s website at www.shadolsonshow.com. “Shad is a master of the format.” Like many conservatives, I find the ideological interplay of the conservative talk radio format one of the most important cultural remedies available today, and let me say, Shad is a master of the format. While not yet enjoying the notoriety of Rush Limbaugh or Glenn Beck, Shad’s vocal quality, vocabulary and clear passion for the full gamut of authentic conservative talk truly belongs in the rarified air of the conservative talk radio medium.
